Atheism and wickedness in Brazil and around the world

In Brazil, according to the last census done by IBGE, we already are a population of nearly 200,000,000 (two hundred million), with people of all races, backgrounds, beliefs, etc.. In this universe of the population, only 8,000,000 (eight million) are atheists or without a religion.

Permeating social networks - facebook, twitter, etc - however, a heated debate that has been waged in recent months, days ... especially among young believers and atheists, agnostics, etc.., Stands the ignorant and free speech any basis in reality, originating from the first, which gives the latter, a priori, the ethical / moral negative because people would be able to "everything in life," to make the worst evils and atrocities, because they have God in their hearts.

That is, if we took literally one of those stupid people with faith, the murderers; estrupradores; robbers of every kind; corrupt and thieves of public money, etc.., Would be only between 8,000,000 (eight million) of Brazilian atheists - where are intellectuals, scientists, academics, artists, etc. - while the rest of the population, almost 192 million worth telling us (one hundred ninety-two million) Brazilians, formed by those "people who have God in their hearts" as few as there are ethical people, moral and free from all practice of crime. Thus, the scum of Brazilian society, from the top to the base of the social pyramid was between 8,000,000 (eight million) of atheists, "the wicked."

Throughout human history there was much barbarity, and especially during the twentieth century, which records two great leaders, world, openly atheist, in case Stálim in the former Soviet Union, and Mao Tse-Dong, China responsible for both deaths and killings of millions of his countrymen. Nevertheless, the same, here in Brazil, even still have admirers within the "new" and "old left", particularly among those with faith, which is the vast majority of its members. You need to name names?

But Germany also comes in another example, also of the twentieth century, a terrible and genocidal mass murderer, in the person of Adolf Hitler, which led to the death almost 6,000,000 (six million) people in a universe composed mainly Jews, but also Gypsies, "mestços Europeans", etc.. And that Nazi monster was not an atheist, because it was someone who believed in God, although he was a tormented, as are almost all murderers and criminossos in general, here and abroad, like Bin Laden and most those responsible for atrocities and genocides of recent authors peoples of the Balkan region, without forgetting two ideological antagonists of our continent, Chile's Augusto Pinochete (Catholic and pro-capitalism) and Fidel Castro (atheist and Marxist, but say , given his age, was recently converted to the faith by dictator Hugo Chaves), this thug protecting the believer and Marxist Che Guevara, who glared and hundreds ... maybe thousands of Cubans in the wall, or not.

In our country also there are many examples of people with faith who were authors or killers and all kinds of murders, some crudelíssimos and nameless, as practiced by the outlaw Highwayman, bloodthirsty and devout, only here a standout among hundreds, or perhaps thousands. And Lampião as devotee, was not an atheist at all, as everyone knows.

With regard to crimes of corruption, Brazilian politics comes full of examples of "men of faith" who practice it - corruption, of course - in the three powers of the Union and the three federal plans. If we just focus in recent years, enough Brasília - right here, where politics and religion mix in as few places, also in Rio and São Paulo, perhaps - to illustrate the mud that involves politicians "with God in the heart "nefarious practices and corruption.

This small, unassuming text can be taken as provocative, and even can be, but its ultimate goal is a reflection mainly of young people, who walk aimlessly talking nonsense about atheists, agnostics, etc.. However, there is an apologetic text, much less proselytizing, as some atheists who act equally to those with faith in reciprocal attacks and useless.

With faith or without faith, your only judge, citizen and citizen, should be their own conscience, free and reflected, not to go out attributing this or that ethical and morally reprehensible just because someone is an atheist or believer. Either condition can affect the malice, no doubt, but it is rarely decisive, as demonstrated by the history of mankind.

Sept. 11, 11 years later ...

The 1990s, after the "fall of the Berlin Wall" and the end of SOREX - Really Existing Socialism, then, is constituted in the decade and more cosmopolista promise of a world with fewer wars, as seldom seen in the history of mankind . The "globalization", still very uneven and with all its contradictions, was the watchword and the horizon of a world increasingly without borders because steadied himself as a new age, in which people of all backgrounds and nationalities began to travel and exchange information, physically and virtually, as never before in history had been given, a dazzled, or malicious, vaticinara be over.

On that auspicious decade, until the serious and sensitive issue in the Middle East, mainly involving Palestinians and Israelis, promised a solution satisfactory to both parties, with the mediation of then U.S. president, Bill Clinton, who very nearly did not succeed in his determination to promote peace between two peoples coming in endless ways, and almost brothers, under those same aspects - historical, cultural, recipients ...

But Clinton, a statesman who also had been involved in minor matters and controversial, even scandalous and destructive in a relationship with a White House intern - Monica Lewinsky - has reached the end of his second term in the presidency of the United States and did his successor, behold, his candidate - Democrat Al Gore - was defeated by a right-wing conspiracy estadosunidense, hydrophobic and warmongering, I wanted because I wanted to put in its place George W. Bush, the son of former President Bush, graduated in two of the country's top universities - Harvard and Yale - but known by a controversial past, including for being outspoken user of drugs and alcohol - alcoolotra out, even - in youth and, worst of all, still committed to the petroleum and war.

After eight months of Bush starting his first term as president, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred. In response, Bush announced a global war against terrorism, when he ordered the invasion of Afghanistan that same year, and in 2003, the invasion of Iraq. In addition to national security issues, Bush promoted policies to reform the economy, health, education, and social security. He signed laws cutting taxes overall, the No Child Left Behind Act, and Medicare, for the elderly this. His tenure was followed by a national debate about immigration and national security.

In the conduct of international politics of his country, President Bush promoted a vigorous and radical revision in the pursuit of understanding between Israelis and Palestinians, and in particular the diplomatic management of the previous government, directed to that quest for peace, especially in Middle East, thence sharpening the minds between "Arabs" and Israelis, of course, which probably would have contributed to the attacks of September 11, 2001, carried out by extremist factions of Islam, under the leadership of radical Osama bin Laden.

Immediately after the attacks of 11 September, there was a real change of positions on U.S. foreign policy, which became dominated by a vision unilaterlaista and paranoid, unprecedented in a world that, in the previous decade, glimpsed a globalization without borders and without hegemonies political, military ... In continuation of debates and discussions desfechados within a newly created War Cabinet, during a weekend in the sequence shown to 11 September, foreign policy (and also internal, though, this, to a lesser degree) Bush was defined, above all, the War on Terrorism. This position was described at first hand a "Communication to a Joint Session of Congress and the American People" special on September 20, 2001, in which Bush announced that the United States was at war against terrorism.

We know well that what followed, when the world left to live and dream about the prospects for effective multilateralism and cosmopolitan, despite all its paradoxes and contradictions, to move to the field of paranoia oportuníssimo international terrorism, with the return of war diffuse and constant between the West and the "Islamic World", almost a reproduction of the Crusades, in the middle 3rd millennium, the full taste of the Republican right and its hawks. Even with all that, this environment has made possible the emergence of Barack Hussein Obama, the Democrat who would be the first black president in U.S. history.

Obama hunted and killed bin Laden, something that Bush tried but not very consegiu, even with militarily occupied Afghanistan and Iraq, this having hanged Saddam Hussein. Not just the United States - and the world, per table - live in peace because the economic crisis that hit the country and the world, in 2008, still does damage, along with the cursed legacy - that yes, indeed cursed, unlike rhetoric, here - the war on terror, designed and initiated by his predecessor 11 years ago.

O 11 de setembro, 11 anos depois...

Os anos 1990, após a "queda do Muro de Berlin" e ao fim do SOREX - Socialismo Realmente Existente, então, se constituiram na década mais cosmopolista e de promessa de um mundo com menos guerras, como poucas vezes se vira na história da humanidade. A "globalização", ainda muito desigual e com todas as suas contradições, era a palavra de ordem e o horizonte de um mundo cada vez mais sem fronteiras, pois firmava-se como um novo tempo, em que pessoas de todas as origens e nacionalidades começavam a viajar e a trocar informações, física e virtualmente, como nunca antes havia se dado na história, que um deslumbrado, ou mal intencionado, vaticinara haver chegado ao fim.

Naquela década auspiciosa, até a grave e delicada questão do Oriente Médio, envolvendo principalmente palestinos e israelenses, prometera uma solução satisfatória para ambas as partes, com a intermediação do então presidente dos Estados Unidos, Bill Clinton, que por muito pouco não logrou êxito em sua determinação de promover a paz entre dois povos próximos, em infindáveis aspectos, e quase irmãos, por força desses mesmos aspectos - históricos; culturais; destinatários...

Mas Clinton, um estadista que se envolvera também em questões menores e controvertidas, inclusive numa relação escandalosa e destrutiva com uma estagiária da Casa Branca - Monica Lewinsky -, chegou ao fim de seu segundo mandato na Presidencia dos Estados Unidos e não fez o sucessor, eis que o seu candidato - o democrata Al Gore - fora derrotado por uma conspiração da direita estadosunidense, hidrófoba e belicista, que queria por que queria por em seu lugar George W. Bush, o filho do ex-presidente Bush, graduado em duas das melhores universidades do país - Yale e Harvard -, mas conhecido por um passado controvertido, inclusive por ter sido contumaz usuário de drogas e alcóol - fora alcoolotra, mesmo - na juventude, e, o pior de tudo, ainda comprometido com as indústrias do petróleo e da guerra.

Depois de oito meses de Bush iniciar o seu primeiro mandato como presidente, os ataques terroristas de 11 de setembro de 2001 ocorreram. Em resposta, Bush anunciou uma guerra global contra o terrorismo, quando ordenou a invasão ao Afeganistão, no mesmo ano, e, em 2003, a invasão ao Iraque. Além das questões de segurança nacional, Bush promoveu políticas de reforma na economia, saúde, educação, e segurança social. Ele assinou leis de corte geral de impostos, o No Child Left Behind Act, e o Medicare, este para idosos. Sua posse fora seguida por um debate nacional sobre a imigração e a Segurança Nacional.

Na condução da política internacional de seu país, o Presidente Bush promoveu uma vigorosa e radical revisão na busca de entendimento entre israelenses e palestinos, e, em especial, na gestão diplomática do governo anterior, orientada no sentido daquela busca da paz, em especial no Oriente Médio, dali acirrando os ânimos entre "árabes" e israelenses, naturalmente, o que provavelmente teria concorrido para os atentados de 11 de Setembro de 2001, levados a cabo por facções extremistas do islamismo, sob a liderança do radical Osama Bin Laden.

Imediatamente após os atentados de 11 de Setembro, observou-se uma efetiva mudança de posições na política externa dos Estados Unidos, que passou a ser dominada por uma visão unilaterlaista e paranóica, sem precedentes num mundo que, na década anterior, vislumbrara uma globalização sem fronteiras e sem hegemonias políticas, militares... No prosseguimento dos debates e discussões desfechados no seio de um então recém-criado Gabinete de Guerra, durante um fim de semana, na sequencia imediata ao 11 de Setembro, a política externa (e também a interna, embora, esta, em menor grau) de Bush foi definida, acima de tudo, pela Guerra contra o Terrorismo. Essa posição foi descrita em primeira mão numa "Comunicação a uma Sessão Conjunta do Congresso e do Povo Americano" especial no dia 20 de setembro de 2001, na qual Bush anunciou que os Estados Unidos estavam em guerra contra o terrorismo.

Sabemos bem o que seguiu àquilo, quando o mundo deixara de viver e sonhar com as perspectivas de um multilateralismo efetivo e cosmopolita, apesar de todos os seus paradoxos e contradições, para passar ao domínio da paranóia do oportuníssimo terrorismo internacional, com o retorno da guerra difusa e incessante entre o Ocidente e o "Mundo Islâmico", quase numa reprodução das Cruzadas, em pleno 3º milênio, ao gosto pleno da direita republicana e dos seus falcões. Mesmo com tudo isso, esse ambiente tornou possível o surgimento de Barack Hussein Obama, o democrata que viria ser o primeiro presidente negro da história dos Estados Unidos.

Obama caçou e matou Bin Laden, coisa que o Bush muito tentou mas não consegiu, mesmo havendo ocupado militarmente o Afeganistão e o Iraque, neste havendo enforcado Saddam Hussein. Nem assim os Estados Unidos - e o mundo, por tabela - vivem em paz, pois a crise econômica que se abateu sobre o páis e o mundo, em 2008, ainda faz estragos, junto com a herança maldita - essa sim, efetivamente maldita, ao contrário da retórica, daqui - da guerra contra o terror, pensada e iniciada por seu antecessor, há 11 anos.

Cadê você que está tão sorumbático, que assiste a tantas patifarias e que calado dá a impressão de que aplaude aos cretinos e suas cretinices?

Cadê você que parece aceitar o lixo humano como o seu mestre?

Cadê você que no seu silêncio tornou - se conivente por sua inexplicável ausência de reação?

Cadê você que se tornou amorfo e semimorto moralmente, e que beneficiado por isenções periódicas de IPI, paga as duras prestações, eletrodomésticos, carrinhos de parcos recursos tecnológicos, mas de altíssimos preços, e que maravilhado com as esmolas, é capaz de calar – se diante de qualquer vilania.

Cadê você que não ficou inebriado com a desculpa de que eles são infames, mas que concedem a você bolsas, benesses, e, portanto estão acima do seu reles julgamento moral?

Cadê você? Cidadão de boa conduta, pai exemplar e dedicado, trabalhador honesto, que assiste a um festival de embromação na televisão, que vivencia impassível à promessa de que no futuro seremos autônomos em petróleo, em etanol, etc?

Cadê você que não acredita que a nossa inflação mensal persiste no 0, 0000 e qualquer coisa?

Cadê você, branco, amarelo, mestiço, azul ou vermelho, que será atropelado pelas cotas raciais no ingresso nas universidades?

Cadê você, que gosta de futebol, mas que nitidamente já concluiu que o esporte bretão é o circo que alegra os sem destino e pobres de espírito?

Cadê você que vive nas sombras, que tem receio de aparecer, que está sendo esmagado pelo “politicamente correto”, desvãos morais incutidos na sociedade, paulatinamente, e que consagraram a família gay como um dos segmentos nobres da nossa sociedade.

Cadê você, incógnito na multidão da estrumeira colossal que conspurca o imenso Brasil?

Cadê você, verdadeiro zero à esquerda, escondido na sua calada insatisfação, que sabe que no julgamento do Mensalão existe um sujeito não tão oculto que não foi arrolado entre os acusados?

Cadê você? Você não está sozinho, milhares de brasileiros deploram a impunidade, acreditam nos direitos e cumprem os seus deveres.

Junte – se a nós, nas praças, nas ruas e em alto e bom som brade o seu repúdio, denuncie o quanto você deplora os rumos caóticos, não apenas econômicos, mas da falta de princípios que assolam esta Nação.

Cadê você que estava em greve de silêncio, que calado seguia fielmente a cartilha da omissão e da conivência?
